Objects
The following information is written from the phase back to the scene for each camera or moving object, and thus may need to be restored to initial values as part of a Clean Start.
- the Solver Panel seed Begin and End Frames
- the overall per-object solving rms error
- the object's lens mode (Known, Fixed, Zoom,...)
- the calculated distortion value
- the object's computed solve path and key types
- a camera's computed solve FOV and key types
- for stereo shots, the six inter-camera lock-to value channels IOD, Direction, Elevation, Vergence, Tilt, and Roll (debatable!)
- the stereo six per-frame solved channel values. These are not stored directly, but are implicit in the recorded position of each camera.
- The Zooming Distortion checkbox from the Advanced Lens Controls (necessary to properly interpret the results).
Here is some information in the phase pipelines that is intentionally not written back to the scene. In general, this is user-generated setup information that is kept safe for use or modification by the phase pipe. It is possible that we may need to write some of this information back at a later time.
- the solving mode (Auto, From Seed Points, etc)
- the solver direction hint
- the solver effort setting (normal or Slow/Sure)
- the auto/manual begin/end seeding checkboxes
- whether the distortion is calculated or not
- the seed path
- the seed FOV track
- the camera/object-distance constraint value track
- the object weight
- the no-far-convert setting
- the number of transition frames
- solver per-frame per-channel path lock enables
- per-frame per-channel soft lock weights
- filtering frequency and strength tracks
- the object's world size
- the stereo per-axis solving modes (As Is, Known, Fixed, Varying)
- the stereo per-axis per-frame weight data
- the identicalness weight for stereo object solves
