You can drag the pyramid apex handle to re-aim the planar tracker, based on your own sense of the perspective. This will adjust all the corner locations to some degree.
When you drag the apex, the field of view will not change. If that doesn't give you the results you want, hold down ALT/command, which will permit the FOV to change (unless the tracker is in a Known FOV mode). Of course, if the FOV is changing, you should monitor it on the Planar Control Panel to make sure it stays reasonable.
Dragging the apex may balk at some positions, try a different path around those spots. You may have to drop the apex then pick it up again, if the new corner positions get to be very far from the originals.
